30ml Smirnoff espresso fire

15ml kahlua

60ml espresso coffee

Dash of water

Shake with ice fine strain in coupe glass

Garnish 3 coffee beans

To a shaker add the following

30ml Smirnoff lemon freeze

30ml finest call strawberry

15ml lemon juice

1 1/2 scoops of ice

Shake and pour all into a stemless wine glass top with lemonade and

extra ice (optional soda for less sweet version) Garnish with

strawberry slices and sprig of mint
